Paragon Overlay

Import planner boards and use the D4LF Paragon overlay correctly.

Set up Paragon imports, use the overlay hotkey, and fix the fullscreen and profile conditions that usually decide whether the overlay works in game.

Paragon overlay setup

  1. Import a build from a supported planner such as Mobalytics, Maxroll, D4Builds.
  2. Enable Import Paragon so the board data is written into your profile YAML files inside C:/Users/<WINDOWS_USER>/.d4lf/profiles.
  3. Toggle the overlay with the configured hotkey, F10 by default.
  4. Resize the overlay in game until the golden outline matches the board lines, then let D4LF save the position automatically.

Overlay troubleshooting tips

  • Use borderless windowed mode if the overlay does not appear.
  • Check that your profile YAML includes a top-level Paragon section before troubleshooting the hotkey.
  • Planner websites can change over time, so report import failures instead of assuming your build is invalid.

After overlay setup

Keep the overlay path tied to the main funnel

Overlay work usually shares the same profile, compatibility, and troubleshooting branches as the rest of the D4LF setup.

Profiles and configs

Confirm the profile folder, top-level Paragon data, and hotkey settings that feed the overlay.

Compatibility notes

Check borderless mode, display ratios, and other prerequisites before you assume the import itself failed.
